Job Description:
- Finalization of accounts and preparation of Balance sheets of multiple Group companies.
- Preparations of Quarterly results.
- Monthly profitability analysis and
- Preparation of monthly cash flow and fund flow.
- Budget preparation and monitoring and variance analysis.
- End to end compliance for ITR filing, tax audits.
- Handling tax assessment, compliance under company's act.
- DBT-3, MSME returns, preparation of MIS reports.
- Cost controlling supporting management in planning and financial strategy, coordination with statutory auditors, cost auditors and consultants.
- Finalization of audit reports.
- Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance.
- Guiding accounts teams across units and solving operational issues.
- High ownership and integrating strong analytical and compliance orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple entities.
- Leadership and team's management capability.
- Process driven with analytical mind-set.
- Strategic planning.
