About the Role:
Ramraj Cotton is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Brand / Senior Brand Manager to lead the Pan-India brand development agenda for one or more of its core brands (confidential). The Brand Manager will be accountable for delivering strong brand equity, consumer preference, and business growth across offline and online channels nationwide.
This is a high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility for brand strategy, execution, and performance metrics - requiring deep consumer insight, cross-functional leadership, and strong execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into differentiated brand strategies that drive awareness, preference, and loyalty.
- Define brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and communication models tailored for Pan-India audiences.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Manage brand campaigns end-to-end - from creative brief to delivery and measurement.
- Partner with external agencies and internal teams (creative, media, digital, PR) to ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Leverage data analytics to monitor brand health metrics - awareness, penetration, consideration, loyalty - and recommend actions to improve performance.
Product & Portfolio Management
- Own product positioning, pricing support insights, and product communication alignment with brand strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support GTM plans, channel strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
Performance Tracking & Budgeting
- Present performance insights, key learnings, and optimization plans to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within Apparel/FMCG/Consumer brands.
- Proven track record in building and scaling brands, with strong strategic and execution capability.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Demonstrated experience in managing integrated campaigns (digital + traditional).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Skills & Attributes:
- Deep understanding of Indian consumers, regional nuances, and retail ecosystems.
- Ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
