Radiant Digital - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate cost allocation and package costing.

- Prepare and consolidate Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and MIS for management review and audit purposes.

- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and identify improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with hospital departments to design and implement cost-control strategies.

- Estimate new package costs and evaluate pricing competitiveness while safeguarding margins.

- Analyze cost drivers and recommend strategic actions to increase profitability.

- Manage billing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely revenue recognition.

- Track and report key financial metrics: EBITDA, PAT, ROI on procedures/equipment, ARPOV.

- Support month-end and year-end closing in line with statutory and internal requirements.

- Oversee audit compliance and ensure timely submission of reports.

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in Healthcare Cost Accounting and Hospital Billing Management.

- Proficiency in MIS preparation, data analysis, and financial consolidation.

- In-depth understanding of cost drivers in the healthcare sector.

- Advanced knowledge of audit compliance and statutory requirements.

- High proficiency in MS Excel and hospital ERP/financial software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

CA/ Cost Accountant /MBA with 14+ years of hospital/healthcare finance experience
