Position: Lead - eCommerce & App Commerce

Role Overview


The Lead - eCommerce & App Commerce will drive transaction-led growth across app commerce, marketplaces, and affiliate channels while owning the digital P&L. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with agencies, product teams, and ecosystem partners to maximize revenue while optimizing spends. You will spearhead app-led growth, scale marketplace performance, and build a robust digital commerce engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Revenue Growth:

- Own the P&L for app commerce, marketplaces, and affiliates, delivering profitable and sustainable growth.

- Proactively drive business, experimenting with new acquisition channels, partnerships, and app-led models.

- Continuously optimize spends and deliver better ROI on performance campaigns.

App Commerce & Marketplace Strategy:

- Lead app commerce growth by optimizing onboarding, improving UX, and enhancing personalized journeys.

- Partner with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others to scale visibility and achieve category leadership.

- Build and manage affiliate partnerships to diversify and accelerate revenue streams.

Performance Marketing & SEO:

- Collaborate with the performance marketing agency to drive customer acquisition, retargeting, referral programs, and paid app campaigns.

- Partner with the SEO agency to improve organic app store visibility, content rankings, and discoverability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Work with the product team to improve offerings like Quick Heal Antivirus and Quick Heal AntiFraud, aligning app features with customer expectations.


- Collaborate closely with Brand, IT, Strategy, and other functions to integrate campaigns across all touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Set up real-time dashboards tracking GMV, CAC, CLV, ROAS, app retention, and marketplace contributions.

- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership for strategic alignment.

Ecosystem Engagement:

- Build partnerships across affiliates, marketplaces, fintechs, OEMs, and other ecosystem players to drive growth and expand reach.

Key Deliverables:

- Achieve app commerce and marketplace revenue targets.

- Deliver double-digit YoY growth in app transactions and active users.

- Grow affiliate-led revenues as a significant contributor to digital P&L.

- Launch personalization and loyalty programs to improve repeat purchases.


- Drive best-in-class app UX optimized for retention and engagement.

Required Skills:

- Proven expertise in e-commerce, app commerce, and marketplace ecosystems.

- Strong background in performance marketing and paid acquisition strategies.

- Experience managing affiliate networks and vendor relationships.

- Proficiency in app analytics tools like Singular, Appsflyer, Branch, Firebase, or Mixpanel.

- Data-driven mindset with expertise in conversion funnels and lifetime value optimization.
