Responsibilities: - Manage our key accounts portfolio with the FSI Business Unit - Achieve assigned strategic account objectives such as revenue, account growth, key stakeholder relationship development, etc. - Establish long-term client relationships by being the go-to-partner to address key technology and business challenges - Establish and manage regular communication channels with the customer and be the single point of contact for all account growth and expansion activities within the account. - Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs through proactive outreach and cadence - Lead all pre-sales efforts by working closely with different partners, capabilities, and industry resources in the organization to help achieve customers objectives - Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner and be the point of contact for all customer-related queries - Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams, such as partners and technology practices within the organization - Identify and approach new potential strategic customers and expand presence in the customer landscape - Monitor and manage sales performance metrics - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts Requirements: - Experience in the P&C Insurance industry is a must. Other Financial Services and Insurance is a plus - 7+ Years of overall experience - Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account executive - Solid sales experience in Enterprise sales in Insurance - 5+ years of technology or technology sales experience. Good understanding of the technology/software business landscape - Hands-on experience with CRM and other account management tools and frameworks - Understanding of sales performance metrics - An ability to address customer requests and manage SLAs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships - Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude - Availability to travel as needed - Experience selling Data Management, AI/ML, and/or Cloud Services/Solutions is a strong plus - Channel sales experience working with partners is a plus - Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Masters Degree/MBA is a plus - Good communication, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills - Strong team player and ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team - Self-driven and strong aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a passion for developing new value-added AI-based solutions for clients across a variety of industries.
