
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Banking & Leadership Hiring
Location: QK Office, MBP Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: General Manager - Global Banking Leadership & Strategic Hiring
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Banking and Leadership hiring initiatives.
This role will work very closely with the General Manager, supporting end-to-end recruitment for senior, niche, and business-critical roles across India and international markets.
This position offers strong exposure to strategic hiring, leadership interactions, and BFSI domain recruitment, making it ideal for a recruiter looking to grow into leadership hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for Banking, BFSI, QA, Digital Channels, Core Banking, Payments, and Leadership roles
- Source and screen profiles for Delivery Managers, Test Managers, Program Managers, Architects, SMEs, and leadership positions
- Evaluate CVs against domain depth, role fit, and leadership expectations
- Conduct initial recruiter discussions and share structured insights with the Hiring Head
Sourcing & Market Mapping:
- Source talent using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and professional networks
- Assist in market mapping and competitor talent analysis for niche banking skills
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing leadership requirements
Stakeholder & Process Management:
- Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain accurate trackers for pipeline health, interview progress, and closures
- Support offer coordination, documentation, and joining management
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
Strategic Exposure & Growth:
- Work closely with the Hiring Head on leadership hiring strategy
- Assist in candidate evaluation notes, profile positioning, and stakeholder communication
- Gain exposure to global hiring across India, UAE, GCC, APAC, and Philippines
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in IT / BFSI recruitment
- Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, QA, or Technology hiring
- Strong CV screening and candidate assessment capabilities
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
- Exposure to leadership or niche hiring
- Understanding of banking domains such as Channels, Core Banking, Payments, Cards, and QA
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Excel-based trackers
- Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
