- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Actively participate in business calls with stakeholders to address staffing needs.

- Prioritize recruitment tasks based on business urgency.

- Screen and shortlist candidates according to specific requirements.

- Communicate with shortlisted candidates, providing details about the role, specifications, and business context.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to review requirements and provide regular status updates.

- Organize and manage recruitment drives for lateral hires, both on weekdays and weekends.

- Follow up with candidates on documentation and joining formalities.

- Extensive experience handling both bulk and specialized recruitment needs
