Job Description - HR Business Partner (HRBP)

PositionHR Business Partner (HRBP)Experience: 6 months to 2+ yearsLocation: Millennium Business Park, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400710Reporting To: Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Partnering & Stakeholder SupportAct as a trusted HR point-of-contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance.

- Collaborate with delivery managers and project leads to understand business needs and align HR initiatives.

- Support workforce planning, probation confirmations, and role transitions in coordination with business teams.

- Employee Engagement & RetentionDrive employees connect initiatives, skip-level interactions, and feedback sessions to strengthen engagement.

- Plan and execute engagement programs, R&Rs, and wellness activities aligned with organizational culture.

- Track employee concerns, attrition risks, and provide proactive solutions for retention.

- HR Operations & ComplianceFacilitate smooth onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires.

- Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance are adhered to consistently.

- Maintain accurate HRIS data, dashboards, and reports (headcount, attrition, engagement, etc.

- Performance & Talent DevelopmentCoordinate performance review cycles, probation assessments, and feedback discussions.

- Partner with managers to identify learning needs and support capability-building initiatives.

- Provide inputs for career pathing and internal mobility.

Qualifications & SkillsMinimum: Graduate in any discipline.

- Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization.

- 6 months to 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT services / consulting.

- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.

- Good understanding of HR operations, employee life cycle, and compliance frameworks.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools/HRIS.

- High learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
