Quality Head - Process Transformation | Lean Six Sigma | US Healthcare/Insurance - 15 Years - Bangalore - Manager/Sr. Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead and implement strategic Quality Assurance initiatives for a global insurance and healthcare services provider. This role will focus on building a culture of quality, process improvement, and operational transformation using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies while managing a large and diverse team.

Location: Pune, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Build a strong culture of Quality, define QA strategies and ensure adherence to global quality standards.

- Identify high-impact areas for improvement and provide strategic direction and thought leadership.

- Drive Quality DNA through training, certification, and productivity-enhancing initiatives.

- Analyze operational data to present key trends and metrics in executive dashboards.

- Enable structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making across programs.

- Deploy effective process implementation mechanisms and benchmark periodically.

- Utilize analytics to identify inefficiencies and prioritize risk-mitigation projects.

- Track daily/weekly operational anomalies and offer actionable insights to leadership.

- Assess initiative effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.

- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate preferred.

- Lean Certified and Six Sigma Black Belt required; Master Black Belt preferred.

- 15+ years of total experience; minimum 6-8 years in US Healthcare, Insurance, F&A, or Casualty & Liability.

- Hands-on experience managing 80100 member teams.

- Exposure to process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and transformation programs.
