Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager with experience in IT Services to manage and grow key client accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, account growth, revenue generation, and ensuring successful delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture existing client accounts within IT services.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling IT services.

- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Understand client requirements and provide strategic solutions aligned with business needs.

- Track account performance, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.

- Prepare account plans, proposals, and client presentations.

- Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements.

- Ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Relationship Management in IT Services.

- Strong understanding of IT services such as Software Development, QA Testing, Cloud, Data, or Digital services.

- Proven experience in account growth, client retention, and revenue generation.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders
