- Conduct in-depth and meaningful research for various legal issues as required for a particular case - Appear in Court and attend hearings independently when instructed - Assist Counsel / Senior Counsel in litigation and arbitration matters before different fora - Prepare paper books, research notes, minutes of client conferences - Draft pleadings, SLPs, written submissions, Statements of Claim / Defence etc. - Support public policy and regulatory affairs practice and to that end prepare briefs and develop analysis on market and industry implications of policy changes. - Closely monitor regulations affecting clients / their specific industry including but not limited to state laws, national regulation, sector developments etc. Qualifications: - LL.B degree with 4 to 5 years of experience. - Prior experience of working on litigation and arbitration matters - Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills are essential/ability to visualize data and present information and findings via infographics. - Ability to multitask across assignments. - Should be a self-starter and able to motivate teams. - Proactive and ability and willingness to work independently under broad guidance.
