Qentelli - Project Manager - Manufacturing Plant Setup

Key Requirements:

- 8-15years of experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.

- Proven track record of managing or supporting greenfield and/or brownfield manufacturing plant setup projects, from planning through execution.

- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, plant commissioning, infrastructure readiness, and project governance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to work onsite throughout the plant setup and implementation phase.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end greenfield/brownfield plant setup projects from planning to commissioning and handover.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders.

- Oversee plant infrastructure readiness, equipment installation, commissioning, and operational readiness.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.

- Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, governance, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive effective stakeholder communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
