This is a leadership position in the company from a strategic and operational level. - For more details, please go through the website: www.provaltech.com CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: The Automation Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of automation projects from inception to completion. His/ her job is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders/ customers. The responsibilities include: - Overseeing the planning and execution of automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Working closely with stakeholders/ customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Collaborating with the technical team to design and implement automated systems and processes. - Monitoring the progress of automation projects and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery. - Identifying and managing risks that could affect the delivery of automation projects. - Ensuring the quality of automated systems through rigorous testing and troubleshooting. - Training and mentoring team members on latest automation tools and best practices. - Presenting project updates and results to senior management and stakeholders. - Staying up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement. - Managing the budget and resources for automation projects. - Developing and implementing policies and procedures to standardize automation processes within the organization. ELIGIBILITY: - Excellent Communication - Written & Verbal - Leadership & Team Management - Client-Centric Mindset - Strategic Thinking - Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Project Management REQUIRED SKILL SET: - Have 15+ years of experience (preferably in the in the IT / ITES space) with a background in service delivery and project management, preferably with overseas customers - Past experience in project and people management - Dynamic personality to manage the team within the organization - Minimum 10 years of experience into PowerShell and any other automation tool (Ninja One/ Immybot/ Rewst/ PSA / Intune) is required. - Experience with RMM tools like Connectwise Automate/ Connectwise Manage/ Datto/ VSA. - Proven track record in managing IT operations for international clients
