Role & responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Drive end-to-end sales for Automation & AI solutions across industries
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business needs
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor on Automation and AI-led transformation
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
Solution Selling:
- Work closely with delivery and technical teams to craft customized solutions
- Position offerings such as RPA, AI/ML, GenAI, Data Analytics, and Intelligent Automation
- Conduct client presentations, demos, and workshops
Market Strategy & Growth:
- Develop go-to-market strategies for Automation & AI services
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to thought leadership and brand positioning
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales/business development in consulting, IT services, or digital transformation
- Strong exposure to Automation (RPA), AI/ML, or Analytics solutions selling
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and client acquisition
- Experience in handling large enterprise clients and complex deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience in consulting firms / Big 4 / technology services organizations
- Familiarity with tools/platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, or AI/ML frameworks
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
