Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to drive Software sales across the North India region.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in enterprise software sales, a strong understanding of PLM, CAD/CAM/CAE, MES, and related Siemens Digital Industries solutions, and the ability to build and manage high-value client relationships.

This role requires leadership in developing business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing a team to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Lead end-to-end sales of Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio (Designcenter, Simcenter, Teamcenter, Opcenter and Mendix, etc.

- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in enterprise and mid-market accounts across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, energy, and other industries.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the North India region.

Client Engagement:

- Consult with C-level stakeholders and build relationships by selling digital transformation.

- Understand customer business challenges and position Siemens software solutions to deliver measurable value.

- Negotiate and close large, complex deals with enterprise customers.

Team & OEM Management:

- Develop and manage a team of individual contributors.

- Collaborate with Siemens partner manager, sales orchestrators, business development teams to expand business opportunities.

- Drive effective account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Market & Strategy:

- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to shape go-to-market strategy.

- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to create demand-generation initiatives.

- Represent Siemens in industry forums, conferences, and customer events.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 15+ years of software sales experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.

- Strong track record in selling Siemens or similar enterprise software solutions (Designcenter, Simcenter, Teamcenter, Opcenter and Mendix, etc.

- Proven success in handling large enterprise accounts and driving multi-million-dollar deals.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to influence at the CXO level and manage complex sales cycles.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing and process industries in India.
