Projects Head - Hotel Construction (Expat Role)

- Expat candidates only (Mauritius, Maldives, Africa regions preferred)

- Indian nationals are not eligible

- Must have extensive leadership experience in international hotel construction projects

- Experience handling luxury hospitality developments in overseas markets

- Strong exposure to multi-cultural project environments

- Proven experience leading large construction teams and contractors

Responsibilities:

- Head overall execution of hotel construction projects in Dhaka

- Develop project execution strategy, timelines, and delivery plans

- Manage international consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to global hospitality construction standards

- Control project budgets, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation

- Drive quality assurance, safety compliance, and project governance

- Provide leadership to project teams and site management staff

- Report directly to senior management and international investors

Qualification & Skills:

- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Project Management

- 18+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality construction projects

- International project exposure is mandatory

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities

- Experience working in developing or emerging markets preferred
