Location - Vapi, Silvassa
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Resource Management:
- Plan and allocate resources, including drawings, materials, manpower, and contractors, based on the project's agreed-upon schedule.
- Understand the schedule baseline and critical milestones to ensure all activities are aligned.
- Coordinate with various departments, including Design, Procurement, Contracts, and Stores, to facilitate project flow.
Execution Coordination:
- Provide the approved project schedule to the site team, highlighting critical paths and activities.
- Visit sites as required to check and verify actual progress against the plan, providing specific reports on any lead or lag.
Project Tracking:
- Monitor and track all site activities against the master bar chart using daily progress reports.
- Specifically track key activities such as receipt of drawings, raising of Material Requests (M.R), and receipt of Purchase Orders (P.O) and Work Orders (W.O).
- Prepare and submit stage-wise tracking reports to the site team, Project Manager, HOD, and Directors, while maintaining records of all revisions.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit various periodic reports, including monthly progress reports.
- Provide monthly and quarterly data to the estimation department for cash flow reports.
- Prepare costing reports (plan vs. actual) as required.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and highlight potential project and operational risks.
- Immediately report any identified risks to higher authorities to ensure effective management.
- Ensure all risks are clearly recorded for future reference.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks.
- Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to managing project details and documentation.
Education
Bachelor's degree and Master in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
