Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Warehouse Automation to lead end-to-end project execution. The role involves overseeing installation, erection, commissioning, and transitioning into ongoing maintenance management for a large-scale automated warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete project lifecycle for warehouse automation - from planning and installation to commissioning and maintenance.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement, installation, and integration of automation equipment.

- Ensure timely execution of erection and commissioning activities while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

- Establish and manage preventive and corrective maintenance processes for mechanical and electrical systems.

- Drive operational efficiency by implementing automation solutions aligned with business needs.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring delivery within defined parameters.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize warehouse performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in warehouse automation or large-scale industrial projects.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices.

- Proven track record of handling installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems.

- Excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
