Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Identify and assess organizational training needs through job analysis, career paths, and

consultations with managers.

- Design and deliver individualized and group training programs aligned with business objectives.

- Develop training manuals and frameworks that deliver measurable results.

- Implement effective and engaging training methodologies (traditional & modern).

- Manage and optimize the training budget.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure alignment with overall business performance goals.

- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field (mandatory).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development management.

- Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs.

- Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strategic, creative, and adaptable mindset.
