Title: Project Manager/ Sr. Project Manager Location: Bangalore Exp Range: 12-15 Years Must Have: End to End Project Management exp of multiple large projects. Strong Client Management. PMP Certification Preferred. Should have Java J2EE background/ experience Job Description : - In the capacity of Project Management, interface with Internal stake holders(US) & business partners in order to determine their requirement specifications & delivery. - Strong offshore/ onshore delivery & PM experience(ODC Environment) - Strong experience in Telecom domain - Engage with pre-sales and carry out PSU tasks (project start up). - Develop business, functional, and technical specifications. - From requirements, develop statement of work (SOW) which guides the development process. - Direct and participate in the full development cycle leading to the delivery of project consistent with the specifications and requirements. - Ensure timely delivery of the project. - Participate in cross-functional work groups to assess business needs. - During the development employ risk mitigation strategies to ensure that unforeseen problems can be resolved without adversely affecting budget and timeframes. - Maintain project documentation utilizing tools as used. - Bridge between Developers, Solution Architect/Associate Architect, and Client. - Identify existing architecture weaknesses and find opportunities for process reengineering and perform cost benefit analysis. - Build smarter, more efficient, productive, self-driven and motivated teams. - Spearheads the development, implementation and communications of architecture roadmap strategies to ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable, and achieve. - Identify existing architecture weaknesses and find opportunities for process reengineering and perform cost benefit analysis. - Act as SPOC for stakeholders and manage/control cost, quality, CSAT, time, knowledge etc End to end ownership. - Responsible for PWU (Project wind -up). - Manage multiple projects at different stages at same time and ensuring standardization of operations.
