Hiring: Project Manager Projects & Development

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Hospitality is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of new restaurant openings, outlet renovations, and refurbishment projects across our growing network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of new outlet setup and renovation projects.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per brand quality standards.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, site progress, and quality through regular site visits.

- Oversee civil, interior, MEP, kitchen, and bar fit-out works.

- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and safety standards.

- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

- 15+ years of project management experience in the Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail, or Commercial Fit-out industry.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant construction, fit-outs, budgeting, vendor management, and project execution.

- Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel for project sites.
