About the Job

We're looking for an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact projects in data science and AI. This full-time role, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, requires an individual with 8-12 years of total experience, including at least 4 years specifically as a Project Manager.

You'll be responsible for overseeing project delivery from conception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across diverse teams, and maintaining robust communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the data and AI project lifecycle and confidently drive execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage End-to-End Project Delivery: Take ownership of the complete project lifecycle for data and AI-related initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.

- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact and key liaison between clients, data teams, and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication.

- Strategic Planning: Translate complex business goals into actionable project plans, detailed timelines, and measurable deliverables.

- Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Orchestrate and coordinate efforts across various functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest quality standards.

- Risk and Scope Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Effectively manage scope changes and align stakeholder expectations throughout the project.

- Reporting & Communication: Conduct regular check-ins, comprehensive reviews, and provide clear progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Documentation & Transparency: Ensure all project documentation, timelines, and communications are meticulously maintained, transparent, and easily accessible.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8-12 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a dedicated Technical Project Manager role.

- Domain Expertise: Strong demonstrated experience in managing analytics, data science, or AI-focused teams or projects.

- Leadership & Client Management: Proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and confidently handle client-facing responsibilities.

- Core Skills: Excellent communication, meticulous planning, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

- Methodologies: Experience working in structured environments utilizing Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Nice to Have

- Education: An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Product Development: Exposure to data/AI product development cycles.

- Distributed Teams: Experience working with distributed teams or clients across different time zones.

- Certifications: Project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent.
