We are looking for a Six Sigma Certified Project Manager (Green Belt or higher, Black Belt preferred) to lead high-impact projects within Veradigm Payerpath initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project leadership, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement in healthcare IT or revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Veradigm Payerpath initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
Process Optimization:
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement workshops.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment.
- Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
Technical & Domain Expertise:
- Understand Veradigm Payerpath architecture, integrations, and compliance.
- Partner with technical teams for system configurations, testing, and deployments.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher (Black Belt preferred).
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare IT or revenue cycle management.
- Familiarity with Veradigm Payerpath or similar payer connectivity platforms.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
