Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-caliber Scrum Master / Project Manager with specialized knowledge in Data & Analytics to drive the success of complex customer projects. In this hybrid role, you will act as a "Delivery Catalyst," balancing structured project management with Agile flexibility to ensure high-quality data solutions are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing complex dependencies, and maintaining a transparent governance framework via ServiceNow and Agile metrics. The ideal candidate is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with a deep understanding of SAFe methodologies and the technical nuances of data-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

- Agile Orchestration & Governance: Set up and lead the governance, meeting cadence, and metrics for Scrum Teams, ensuring strict adherence to Scrum and SAFe best practices.

- Project Lifecycle Management: Own and drive the end-to-end success of customer projects, managing project plans, dashboards, and the disposition of issues and scope changes.

- Metric-Driven Delivery: Develop and maintain critical Agile reports and metrics, including burn-down charts, velocity tracking, and sprint health dashboards to ensure predictability.

- Dependency & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and assess cross-functional dependencies, conducting regular risk management analysis and escalating issues promptly to Project Sponsors or the PMO.

- Stakeholder & Executive Liaison: Facilitate high-level collaboration across internal and client stakeholders, providing executive status reporting and progress reviews to non-technical leadership.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence and align diverse teams-including Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Business Users-to maintain a unified project vision across multiple locations.

- Tooling & Activity Tracking: Utilize ServiceNow for comprehensive activity tracking, reporting, and the creation of client-facing project dashboards.

- Compliance & Method Adherence: Ensure full compliance with both Jade and client project methods, maintaining high standards of documentation and process integrity.

- Resource & Priority Balancing: Expertly manage competing priorities and resolve critical issues without compromising project timelines or budget constraints.

Technical Requirements:

- Agile Expertise: 5+ years of direct experience in a full-time Scrum Master or Project Manager role.

- Mandatory Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required; advanced certifications (A-CSM) are highly preferred.

- SAFe Proficiency: Strong experience leading SAFe teams; SAFe 5 or 6 certification is a significant advantage.

- Technical Tracking: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for project reporting and dashboard management.

- Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of Data & Analytics project lifecycles (ETL, Data Warehousing, BI reporting).

Preferred Skills:

- Consulting Background: Prior experience in a client-facing consulting environment.

- Tool Adaptability: Ability to quickly master new Agile and Project Management tools (Jira, ADO, etc.).

- Global Delivery: Experience managing distributed teams across various time zones and locations.
