Project Manager/Business Analyst/Associate - Risk Change

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a leading global investment bank's International Change team (Risk Change vertical) in Powai, Mumbai.

Experience Required: 5-8 years

Location: Powai, Mumbai

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Risk Management, Regulatory Change, and Transformation Projects in the financial domain.

What You'll Do:

- Drive Credit Risk Change projects end-to-end - from business analysis to project delivery.

- Prepare BRDs, functional specs, workflows, and data models.

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage test strategy, scenarios, and implementation plans.

- Partner with Risk Management, Technology, and Front Office to deliver business-critical initiatives.

- Manage project milestones, status reporting, and risk tracking.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5-8 years in Risk Domain / Counterparty Credit Risk

Core Expertise:

- Risk measures & exposures - PD, LGD, EAD, PFE, EEPE, VaR, RWA Basel III / FRTB / BCBS 239 regulatory knowledge.

- Strong data analysis and risk computation understanding.

Technical Skills:

- SQL, Python, Dremio, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx

- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio

Education & Certifications:

- MBA / FRM / CFA / CQF preferred

- Methodologies: Agile & Waterfall project delivery

- Excellent communication, documentation & stakeholder management skills
