Role Summary
We are looking to hire experienced Project Managers from leading manufacturing and engineering organizations, who have strong experience in handling large and complex projects. This role focuses on leveraging their project execution strengths in an IT environment, with a key emphasis on improving delivery excellence.
The selected candidates will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams, global clients, and technology teams. They will play a key role in driving structured execution, improving project outcomes, and supporting digital transformation and ERP-based initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery covering scope, timelines, cost, and quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and reporting standards.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Support delivery of digital transformation initiatives such as ERP and SAP programs.
- Monitor project performance and ensure SLA adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and overall delivery practices.
Technical Exposure:
- Good understanding of ERP/SAP systems, including basic knowledge of system functionalities, business integration, and their role in supporting organizational processes is preferred.
- Exposure to SAP modules such as MM, PP, or any relevant module is preferred, enabling alignment with core business processes.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital transformation initiatives, including process automation and system-driven workflows.
