Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Project Head to spearhead large-scale high-rise construction projects across Karnataka and Gurgaon. In this leadership capacity, you will serve as the primary architect of project delivery, overseeing the entire lifecycle from pre-construction planning and site mobilization to final handover.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, architectural consultants, structural engineers, and government regulatory bodies to ensure that our developments set new benchmarks for quality and safety. Your strategic oversight will directly influence the companys bottom line, brand reputation, and operational excellence, ensuring that complex urban infrastructure projects are delivered within stringent timelines and budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end execution of high-rise residential or commercial projects to ensure adherence to international safety standards and structural integrity.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including government authorities and external consultants, to secure necessary approvals and maintain seamless project momentum.

- Oversee comprehensive project budgets and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability for the organization.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional site teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and technical precision.

- Implement robust risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate potential construction bottlenecks or supply chain disruptions.

- Drive the adoption of modern construction technologies and sustainable building practices to enhance the long-term value of our assets.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale high-rise developments with a proven track record of delivering projects exceeding 20-30 floors.

- Exceptional ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and municipal compliance requirements across major Indian metropolitan markets.

- Strong proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools to maintain rigorous control over project timelines and resource utilization.

- Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams toward a unified project vision.

- Strategic mindset focused on cost-optimization, value engineering, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control throughout the construction lifecycle.

- A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a premier institute, complemented by a deep understanding of structural engineering principles and site safety protocols.

- High degree of adaptability to on-site work environments, with the willingness to travel between project locations in Bangalore and Gurgaon as business requirements dictate.
