Description: Hiring: Project Head Specialty Chemicals
Location: Kurkumbh (outskirts of Pune)
Experience: 15+ years
Reporting To: President / Directors
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and R&D for smooth project delivery.
- Select, train, and mentor project and plant staff.
Prerequisites:
- Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech in Chemical) MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.
- Proven project lifecycle, capex management, and team leadership experience.
- Willingness to relocate with family to Kurkumbh.
