Project Coordinator
Experience & Qualification:
- 25 - 30 years of experience in reputed Construction/EPC companies, with a mandatory B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Industrial Project Experience:
- Strong experience in handling large-scale industrial construction projects, including plants, utilities, heavy RCC, structural works, equipment foundations and infrastructure projects.
Multi-Project Management:
- Proven ability to monitor and coordinate multiple projects from Head Office, track project progress, timelines, milestones, MIS and project deliverables.
Commercial & Project Controls:
- Strong expertise in project budgeting, cost control, CTC reports, cash flow, contract management, RA bills, vendor negotiations and margin protection.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Experience in leading site teams, coordinating with clients, consultants and vendors, conducting periodic site visits, and ensuring quality, safety and statutory compliance.
