About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager or Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic technology and product initiatives for a leading product-based organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects or programs while working closely with product, engineering, business, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires strong execution, stakeholder management, risk management, and an understanding of software and product development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end program or project delivery from initiation and planning through execution, release, and closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, Design, QA, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.

- Track project progress against agreed timelines, milestones, and deliverables and proactively address deviations.

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

- Drive regular project or program reviews and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders.

- Facilitate Agile or Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog discussions, wherever applicable.

- Ensure effective coordination between multiple teams and manage cross-functional dependencies.

- Collaborate with product and technology teams to understand requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.

- Maintain project documentation, trackers, action items, RAID logs, and status reports.

- Ensure effective communication of project updates, risks, decisions, and dependencies across stakeholders.

- Support prioritization and resolution of issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or business objectives.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management and delivery processes.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Technology Project Management, or a similar role.

- Experience working in a product-based or technology-driven organization.

- Strong experience in end-to-end project or program delivery.

- Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and software or product development lifecycle.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and execution skills.

- Experience working with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
