Role Summary The Program Manager will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs focused on re-engineering core business processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and embedding a continuous improvement culture using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Define, scope, and lead complex operational transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.
Process Re-engineering: Analyze current state operations (AS-IS), identify bottlenecks, and design optimized future state processes (TO-BE) using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with C-level sponsors, business unit leaders, and global process owners to secure buy-in and resource allocation.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key operational KPIs (e.g., throughput, cycle time, defect rate) and report program benefits and ROI.
Tool Implementation: Drive the adoption of automation and technology solutions (RPA, AI/ML) to enhance process execution and monitoring.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MBA (Mandatory): Full-time MBA, preferably with a specialization in Operations, from a premier B-School.
Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience, including 4+ years in a dedicated process improvement, transformation, or program management role.
Proven track record of successfully leading multiple, simultaneous, large-scale improvement projects resulting in tangible cost savings or efficiency gains
