Progenesis - Specialist - Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate Below The Line (BTL) activation opportunities in and around Progenesis centers to drive local engagement.

- Research, select, and liaise with vendors for offline marketing campaigns; negotiate pricing to maximize budget efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end offline campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Coordinate the design, production, and installation of branding materials including hoardings, flyers, signage, and space branding at clinics.

- Oversee the installation process of branding materials ensuring brand guidelines and visibility standards are met.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, workshops, and promotional activities to engage the target audience.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align offline activities with overall brand strategy and marketing goals.

- Organize and manage monthly marketing campaigns for fertility camps and other outreach programs.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of offline marketing activities to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and guidelines related to marketing and advertising.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in offline marketing, branding, or event management.

- Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of healthcare or fertility industry marketing is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools is desirable.
