- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities, referral channels, and partnership prospects.
- Plan and implement outreach programs, medical camps, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development and marketing teams.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for team members.
- Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Motivate teams to achieve individual and organizational goals.
Partnerships & Networking:
- Build strong relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and referral partners.
- Represent the IVF center at conferences, CMEs, and networking events.
- Maintain long-term collaborations with medical and corporate partners.
Marketing & Branding:
- Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, offline, field marketing).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate with agencies for advertising, social media, and PR activities.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track performance metrics, lead conversion, and ROI on campaigns.
- Prepare regular business reports for management.
- Use data insights to improve strategies and outcomes.
