As Product Pod Lead - Commerce, you'll own the end-to-end e-commerce experience-from how users discover value to how they transact. This pod is at the heart of building a seamless, intuitive, and efficient shopping journey, designed for users who are value-conscious and mobile-first.
You'll work across surfaces like homepage, product listings, search, cart, checkout, and merchandising tools-shaping the way products are browsed, understood, and purchased.
What You'll Own
- Own the full shopping funnel: Homepage - product listings - PDPs - cart - checkout.
- Drive improvements in discovery surfaces like search, filters, sorting logic, recommendation carousels, and landing pages.
- Build systems for curation, personalization, and merchandising operations at scale.
- Optimize conversion metrics: product views/session, AOV, cart-to-checkout %, bounce rates, etc.
- Work closely with category, ops, and design to deliver high-trust UX for first-time and repeat buyers.
- Solve for accessibility and performance across low-end devices, Tier 2/3 network environments.
- Influence how collections, offers, and campaigns are structured and surfaced in-app.
- Define metrics framework and run structured experiments to improve funnel performance.
What We're Looking For
- 10-15 years in consumer product roles, ideally across scaled commerce platforms.
- Built or optimized surfaces for product discovery, shopping UX, and checkout journeys.
- Strong grasp of conversion funnels, merchandising levers, and performance tradeoffs.
- Experience working with cross-functional pods including category, ops, and data teams.
- Comfort with A/B testing, funnel metrics, mobile-first design, and personalization logic.
- User-first mindset-able to balance business KPIs with shopper experience.
- Agile, high-ownership individual comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth setup.
