Job Title: Key Account Manager - Provider Business

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or Technology. MBA preferred

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Location: Bangalore

About the Role: This role combines key account ownership with product leadership where you will work closely with senior provider stakeholders to translate business challenges into structured product solutions. The focus is on driving measurable value, governance, adoption, renewals and long-term growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and manage senior/C-suite relationships at key provider accounts.

- Drive governance, adoption, renewals, and expansions.

- Translate business needs into well-structured PRDs/BRDs with clear scope and success metrics.

- Partner with Engineering/Design across discovery, grooming, UAT, and release.

- Maintain complete data visibility for each account and share actionable insights.

- Identify cross-account patterns to shape a scalable product roadmap.

Requirements:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in Consulting, Digital Transformation, Product Consulting, Enterprise SaaS, or Strategic Account Management roles.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders in structured, multi-stakeholder environments.

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability with experience translating business challenges into solution frameworks.

- Exposure to product lifecycle processes including requirement documentation (BRDs/PRDs), sprint collaboration, and UAT.

- Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance metrics and defining success KPIs.

- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise system workflows.

- Strong documentation, executive communication, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel as required for account engagement.
