Position Title: Product Manager - SSD Distribution.
Location: Mumbai / Delhi.
Reports To: Business Head.
Compensation: Up to 15 to 20 LPA (Based on Experience & Fit).
Job Purpose:
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing channel partner relationships, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets for the SSD product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners.
- Work closely with the sales & marketing team to execute promotions and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy account receivables.
- Provide product training and support to partners.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT hardware distribution/sales (preferably SSD, storage, or PC components).
- Strong network with channel partners in the IT hardware industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
