Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead our Salesforce automation initiatives in Nigeria. In this role, you will act as the bridge between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions, ensuring our CRM ecosystem drives operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales leadership, engineering teams, and external clients, to translate business pain points into high-impact automated workflows. By optimizing our Salesforce architecture, you will directly influence revenue growth, improve data integrity, and enhance the overall user experience for our internal teams and customers alike. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to drive long-term scalability.

- Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications to guide the engineering team in building robust, automated solutions.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch performance monitoring.

- Partner with sales and operations stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and implement automated triggers that reduce manual effort and human error.

- Monitor key performance indicators and system health metrics to ensure that automation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in productivity and data accuracy.

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular audits of Salesforce workflows and integrating feedback from end-users to refine system capabilities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex Salesforce automation workflows, including Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex-based logic.

- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise communication and effective expectation management.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights to inform product prioritization and strategic decision-making.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams to adopt new processes and technologies.

- Proven experience in navigating the unique operational landscape of the Nigerian market, with the ability to adapt global best practices to local business requirements.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of CRM product management principles.
