Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial (sales, application support) or marketing role within the IVD industry.

- A background as a field application specialist or R&D scientist moving into a commercial role is ideal.

- Job location: Base location Vadodara, Gujarat (Travel 3050% across India for customer visits, conferences & market intelligence.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Product Management / NPD within the IVD Instruments.

Purpose of this role:

- The Product Manager is the strategic and commercial owner of a designated IVD product portfolio (e.g., Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry).

- This individual is the company's foremost expert on the product, the underlying technology, the market, the competition, and the customer.

- They are responsible for managing the entire product lifecyclefrom ideation and technical definition to launch, strategic planning, marketing, training, and eventual end-of-life ensuring the product line achieves its financial (revenue, margin) and market (share) goals.

Required Skills:

- Must have deep technical and clinical expertise in the relevant product segment (e.g., Clinical Chemistry, Molecular).

- Requires strong financial acumen to manage a product P&L, develop pricing models, and build business cases.

- Must have proven experience in market research and competitive analysis.

- Proven experience in product launch, strategic marketing planning, and developing sales training/tools is essential.

- Must be an outstanding communicator and presenter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full Product Lifecycle Management from ideation and NPI to launch and end-of-life.

- Pricing & Margin Strategy to ensure revenue and profitability targets.

- Sales Enablement developing training modules, tools, and competitive battle cards.

- Building strong relationships with KOLs and gathering deep market & customer insights.

- Acting as the key commercial link across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and SCM.
