Product Manager US Healthcare.
Location/ Working model: Pune, Work from office.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative software solutions in the US healthcare domain.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' product management experience, including at least 2 years in US healthcare, with strong expertise in value-based care and population health management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals and healthcare compliance.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS healthcare applications focused on payer/provider workflows, risk adjustment, and clinical quality measures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, clinical, and business teams to deliver scalable, AI/LLM-powered healthcare features.
- Manage Agile processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate workflows and regulatory requirements into product requirements and actionable analytics dashboards.
- Drive product performance measurement using BI tools and data-driven decision-making.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall product management experience with at least 2 years in the US healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of value-based care models, payer contracting, and healthcare programs (MA, MSSP, ACO, ACO Flex).
- In-depth knowledge of clinical quality measures (HEDIS, NCQA, PQRS, eCQM, MIPS) and care/risk adjustment processes.
- Experience with EHR/HIE integration and healthcare software product leadership.
- Proficient in Agile product management tools and methodologies (Jira, Scrum, SAFe).
- Analytical mindset with expertise in BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI/LLM-powered feature development.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho, Freshworks, Salesforce Health Cloud) preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA, HITECH).
