Location : Mumbai (Only Mumbai-based candidates to apply)

- We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to drive our hygiene & infection control portfolio in the healthcare market, with a fast-track opportunity to transition into a Marketing Manager role within 6-9 months.

- Lead product lifecycle management, innovation, and go-to-market strategies

- Drive market share growth, product adoption, and revenue expansion

- Work closely with R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, and Healthcare stakeholders

- Own pricing, positioning, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives

- Track and deliver on KPIs: Revenue, Market Share, CAC, Customer Satisfaction

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's in Science / Pharmacy / Medicine

- MBA (Marketing) from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute preferred

- 3-8 years of Product Management experience in Healthcare/Pharma
