Role Summary
We are seeking a high-velocity Product Manager to drive growth across our three core pillars: UPI payments, credit lending, and B2B expense management. In this role, you will bridge the gap between B2C customer acquisition and B2B ecosystem growth. You will be responsible for building product-led growth (PLG) loops that help us acquire individual users while simultaneously scaling our merchant and corporate lending footprints.
Key Responsibilities
B2C Acquisition: Lead the product strategy for user acquisition through UPI and viral referral loops to reduce the cost of customer acquisition (CAC).
B2B Growth & Lending: Design seamless onboarding and credit-underwriting workflows for B2B clients, focusing on "Credit-as-a-Service" and expense management integration.
Lifecycle Management: Build retention and engagement features that encourage users to move from basic UPI transactions to high-value lending and expense management products.
Data-Driven Experimentation: Conduct rapid A/B testing on UI/UX elements, payment funnels, and loan application journeys to improve conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work daily with Engineering, Risk/Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure product launches are secure, compliant, and market-ready.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor the evolving UPI and NBFC regulatory landscape in India to ensure our product suite remains ahead of the curve.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2 - 5 years of Product Management experience in a Fintech or high-growth Consumer-Tech company.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in UPI payments, Digital Lending (NBFC/Bank integrations), or B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
Growth Skillset: Proven track record of managing growth metrics (MAU, LTV, Churn) and building growth-hacking experiments.
Technical & Analytical Depth: Ability to write clear PRDs, understand API integrations, and use SQL/Mixpanel/Amplitude for data-backed decision-making.
Communication: Strong storytelling and negotiation skills to align stakeholders across diverse business units.
