Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Planning and Strategy:
- Developing product concepts and strategies aligned with the company's vision.
- Defining product positioning and value proposition.
- Creating product roadmaps and timelines.
2. Product Specifications:
- Translating customer needs into detailed product specifications.
- Benchmarking competition and regulations
- Collaborating with engineering, design teams to develop products.
- Ensuring product features meet quality, cost, and timing targets.
3. Pricing and Packaging:
- Developing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ability to understand and create scenarios using product P&L.
- Ensuring profitability of the models by making pricing decisions.
- Creating product packages and bundles to enhance value perception.
- design and deploy the product marketing tools box and launching plans
4. Product Lifecycle Management:
- Monitoring product performance and customer feedback.
- Making recommendations for product enhancements
- Managing the products lifecycles
- Secure and monitor market shares
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA/B.Tech or Marketing
Work Experience: 5+ years of experience
Only from sanitaryware, bathroom equipment, water in buildings industry
