
Product Manager - Central Data Repository for People
Analytics & AI/Automation.
About the role:
In the role of a Product Manager - Central Data Repository for People Analytics & AI/Automation, responsibilities include however not limited to the following:
- Overall experience of 7 years with a 'make it happen' attitude
- 5+ years in Product Management, building InMobi's CDR-UDW product aka Central Data Repository (CDR data product) and interactive product solutions liaising with customizing enterprise applications related to People Analytics such as Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, Infeedo, XoXo, etc. with prior expertise in AI / LLM Technology
- Define the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and platform vision related to People Analytics CDR Charter including but not limited to ChatBot, Reporting Q&A Interactions, etc. + additional other themes of AI related to Legal ChatBot, Google Agent, amongst many others across the board
- Writing outstanding Product Requirements Documents, User Journeys, Wireframing, and Product analysis
- Build the product design from scratch & work closely with CDR Engg team to implement the product design, test the product features, iterate & launch.
- Understanding and empathy for business user behaviour, needs, challenges and ability to consolidate the same with clear data driven solutions and automations
- Excellent communication skills to set crystal clear stakeholder expectations on project outcomes & call out cross-functional dependencies, with the ability to work well with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams
- Seize the initiative. Ability to thrive in a chaotic environment and perform without a lot of detailed guidance
- A strong bias for logical decision-making with facts & actions. Willingness to dot the i's and cross the t's to make the product successful
- Ability to balance business strategic thinking with product execution ownership, delivering AI solutions (built in-house/ bought as integrations to People Analytics CDR platform) with measurable business outcomes
- Ability to formulate a clear point-of-view on hard and ambiguous problems, drive stakeholder alignment in conversations and execute on the same
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task varied aspects and get the ball rolling to meet set expectations professionally to stakeholders across the board in a collaborative manner with the intent to make it work in the bigger picture
