Product Manager - B2B SaaS

Job Description :

We are looking for a Product Manager to define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and deliver innovative products that solve customer problems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to build customer-centric solutions and drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.

- Gather customer feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.

- Create product requirements and prioritize features based on business impact.

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver successful product releases.

- Monitor product performance using key metrics and drive continuous improvements.

- Support product launches and engage with customers to understand their needs.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Product Management.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing.

- Strong knowledge of Product Strategy, Roadmap Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong customer focus with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with B2B SaaS or AI/LLM products.

- Technical background in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

- Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
