Product Manager

Description:

- We are looking for a Junior Product Manager who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their product management journey who is comfortable taking on structured tasks, supporting the product team with process-driven work, and building foundational knowledge in product development.

- You'll play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the product function while developing the skills needed to grow into a larger PM role.

Responsibilities:

- Documentation and Process Support: Prepare, maintain, and update product requirement documents, meeting notes, and reports as per process requirements.

- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and organize product usage data, feedback, and market information; prepare recurring reports and summaries.

- Execution of Recurring Tasks: Own and diligently complete recurring operational/product management tasks that support the larger product lifecycle.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams to gather inputs, track deliverables, and ensure alignment.

- Process Adherence: Follow established product processes and systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy in outputs.

- Learning and Growth: Actively engage in learning about product management best practices, tools, and domain knowledge.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of work experience (internship/academic project experience is also acceptable).

- Strong communication skills, able to listen, take clear notes, and convey information concisely.

- High attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes diligently.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn, willing to take on new tasks, even repetitive ones, with consistency.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Comfort with tools like spreadsheets, documentation platforms (Confluence, Figma, Jira), and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics).

- Exposure to fintech products, especially in the capital markets domain.
