The Opportunity

The company is looking for a Product Leader to own a significant product charter within its enterprise AI platform. The individual will report to the Head of Product and work closely with the founders, engineering leadership, AI/ML teams and global enterprise customers.

This is not a coordination-oriented product role. The successful candidate will be expected to independently shape product strategy, identify high-value use cases and drive products from customer discovery through launch, adoption and scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the strategy, roadmap and business outcomes for one or more critical product areas.

- Identify complex enterprise problems that can be solved using AI agents, LLMs and workflow automation.

- Translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off solutions.

- Lead products from early discovery and zero-to-one development through commercialization and scale.

- Work closely with AI/ML, engineering and design teams on product architecture, model capabilities and user experience.

- Engage directly with global enterprise customers, senior business leaders and technology stakeholders.

- Balance customer requirements, platform capabilities, technical feasibility and long-term product strategy.

- Define clear product metrics covering adoption, engagement, accuracy, productivity and commercial impact.

- Develop a strong point of view on Agentic AI, Generative AI, enterprise automation and evolving customer needs.

- Contribute to broader product strategy and help strengthen the product management organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 12-18 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in product management.

- Currently operating as a senior product leader with meaningful ownership of a product, platform or business charter.

-Engineering from tier1 college

- Experience building enterprise SaaS, platform, workflow, cloud or AI-led products.

- Strong hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI agents, machine learning products or intelligent automation.

- Experience working in both: a global, scaled technology or product organization; and a startup or high-growth entrepreneurial environment.

- Track record of working with global customers and cross-border stakeholders.

- Experience taking complex products from zero-to-one or from an early stage to meaningful adoption.

- Strong technical orientation and the ability to engage deeply with AI/ML and engineering teams.

- Ability to operate with high ambiguity, limited organizational layers and significant individual ownership.

- Strong product judgment, customer orientation and executive communication skills.
