As Product Design Lead, you'll design the app experience for the most creative, distracted, expressive, and culturally-aware users India has ever seen.
You'll own the end-to-end design charter-from UPI flows to reward journeys, from avatar customizations to creator-driven brand stores. This is design for GenZ's wallet and Gen Alpha's imagination.
What You'll Own
1. Core Product Experience
- Design flows that feel fast, playful, and high-retention-onboarding, POPcoins, redemption, shopping, etc.
- Build for touch, tap, swipe, and share-not clicks and menus
- Translate product concepts into visually distinct, emotionally sticky UX
2. Design Systems & UI Language
- Create a modular design system that evolves with the brand, product, and user base
- Blend craft + scale: consistent UI with space for surprise and expression
- Design mobile-first, motion-friendly components for in-app delight
3. Youth Insight & User Behavior
- Lead user research, qualitative sprints, and behavioral design thinking
- Design for short attention spans, high expectation UX, and peer-driven discovery
- Create UX that speaks to cultural references-memes, music, creator culture, inside jokes
4. Team & Cross-functional Collab
- Build and mentor a design team across product, motion, microcopy, and UI
- Work closely with product, engineering, growth, and brand to launch fast and iterate even faster
- Infuse design thinking into roadmap planning and growth experiments
You'll Thrive in This Role If You...
- Have 8-12 years of experience in product design (bonus for gaming, social, D2C, fintech, or youth apps)
- Are fluent in Figma, rapid prototyping, mobile interaction patterns, and UI animations
- Have a GenZ-to-GenAlpha mindset-understanding how kids, teens, and young adults feel digital journeys
- Are equally strong in craft and communication-from pixels to product pitches
- Care about design that builds emotional momentum, not just functional clarity
- Can sketch ideas quickly, but also build systems that scale with growth
