Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement domain-specific training programs for US Residential Mortgage Underwriting.
- Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with training leaders to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, scorecards, and performance data.
- Create training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, case studies, simulations, and role-play scenarios.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors for niche domain training requirements.
- Integrate best practices to enhance training quality, process efficiency, and team capability.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on training activities, learning outcomes, and improvement plans.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting (operations background acceptable).
- Strong experience in training design, execution, and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of the underwriting value chain across originations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong in MIS reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and process improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment (6:30 PM-3:30 AM / 7:30 PM-4:30 AM).
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e-learning, workshops, coaching, simulations) is an added advantage.
