- Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-entity major LOB or multi-LOB/group initiatives that encompass an end-to-end analysis and future state redesign of business processes at the bank to support strategic objectives - Execute engagements in line with LOB requirements by adhering to Enterprise Process Engineering (EPE) standards - Implementing programs to convert identified opportunities to deliver business benefit - Managing & prioritizing multiple complex efforts, project teams and maintaining necessary procedures to ensure business goals are met in a sustainable manner - Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methods - Ensures development of metrics (key indicators) as required that provide data for future improvement opportunities.
