Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly disciplined and "Result-Driven" Private Wealth Manager to manage the financial legacies of HNI (High Net Worth) and Ultra-HNI individuals. In this high-stakes role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end client lifecyclefrom aggressive new client acquisition to sophisticated portfolio management. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging a deep understanding of banking products, investments, and insurance to align with the complex financial aspirations of your clientele. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional capable of working independently to drive incremental revenue while maintaining rigorous compliance and risk management standards. You will be the face of the bank, delivering exemplary service and navigating market volatility to ensure long-term client profitability and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic HNI Acquisition: Actively identify and acquire new-to-bank HNI and Ultra-HNI clients using a needs-based advisory approach to expand the bank's wealth footprint.

- Portfolio Design & Advisory: Provide expert recommendations on a wide array of financial solutions, including Equity, Debt, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.

- Relationship Lifecycle Management: Nurture existing client engagements through regular touchpoints, ensuring high levels of engagement and a deep understanding of their evolving financial goals.

- Revenue & Profitability Growth: Drive incremental revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling of bank products, focusing on increasing the "Share of Wallet" and overall client profitability.

- Structured Portfolio Reviews: Conduct timely and comprehensive portfolio reviews, collaborating with specialized wealth product teams to rebalance assets based on market conditions.

- CASA & Core Banking Sales: Leverage wealth relationships to drive high-value CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales and increase core banking product penetration.

- Client Service Excellence: Act as a single point of contact for resolving complex queries and complaints, upholding the banks premium service standards.

- Compliance & Due Diligence: Ensure 100% adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements, specifically during the onboarding of high-value clients and complex KYC procedures.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with wealth transactions and ensure all investment advice aligns with the clients risk profile.

- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends and global market shifts to provide proactive advice to Ultra-HNI clients regarding their global asset footprints.

Technical Requirements:

- Investment Product Mastery: 5+ years of experience in managing HNI portfolios with a strong grasp of Equity, Fixed Income, Alternate Investment Funds (AIF), and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).

- CASA & Acquisition Strategy: Proven track record in high-value acquisition and managing large-ticket CASA balances.

- Financial Planning Tools: Proficiency in using sophisticated wealth management platforms and financial modeling tools to project client wealth trajectories.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI regulations governing wealth management and insurance sales in India.

- Portfolio Analytics: Ability to interpret Sharpe ratios, Alpha/Beta metrics, and standard deviation to explain portfolio performance to sophisticated investors.

- Influencing & Negotiation: Ability to build high-trust relationships with Ultra-HNI individuals and influence their long-term investment decisions.

- Self-Motivated & Independent: Capability to manage an autonomous sales territory and meet aggressive revenue targets without constant supervision.

- Advanced Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, capable of articulating complex market dynamics into simple, actionable strategies for clients.

- Disciplined Execution: Strong adherence to daily sales funnels, meeting schedules, and administrative documentation requirements.

- Responsive Problem Solving: A proactive approach to client service, ensuring immediate resolution of bottlenecks in transaction processing or banking services.
